Single space design or full home remodel, we include “styling” with each package. This option is great if you are ready for a new look. This typically includes furniture and detail pieces, and the designers fully styling the room to look and feel best.
Residential Renovation
We can turn any existing space into your dream space. We create a design just for you, curated with materials and furnishings that bring your vision to life. Let’s talk colors, finishes, layout, and furnishing. We work with contractors, wallpaper installers, and any other third parties to ensure every detail is executed to perfection.

Our Process
Client Intake Call
Let’s get to know each other and hear an overview of your project goals. After you’ve reached out to us, we will schedule a call to discuss style, budget, time frame, needs, and scope of project.
Home Consult and Design Proposal
Our first house call! We walk through your project together in person to outline the initial design concept, take photos, hone in further on full project scope, and establish full design needs. Our home consult visit is $300 for the hour, and this fee goes toward the design fee should you move forward with the project. We then put together a custom design proposal.
Concept and Vision Meeting
We bring inspiration pictures, initial design concept ideas, fabric, tile, wallpaper, and flooring samples, and you tell us what you like, love, or want less of. We have a solid direction and are ready to build the design.
Design Presentations and Reselects
We create a design specifically tailored to you. We work diligently to address your wants and needs and present the best design for your space. After two design presentations and rounds of reselects, we have a fully fleshed out plan from the smallest hardware detail to the largest sofa.
Procurement and Spec Book Delivery
Once the design is approved, and all invoices are paid, we get right to work ordering all inventory! Your custom spec book is put together complete with elevations, fixtures, finishes, and extras, and everything your contractor needs to interpret the design into reality. Open communication with the client, contractor, and all third parties continue throughout project completion.
Designer Install
The moment you’ve been waiting for! We add in the furniture, finishes, soft touches, florals, and full styling. You come home to the full reveal and, finally, enjoy your “new” home.
