This Goodyear home renovation and full home furnishing was an ode to the family’s late patriarch. To bring his long time vision to life, we replaced the flooring throughout with light wood look tile, fresh paint, an exterior upgrade to bring some curb appeal, and created distinct zones within the community living spaces in this large home. The Formal Living Room and Formal Dining Room welcome everyone to the home which then opens to the Family Room and Kitchen complete with a dry bar. The two story Primary Suite features a soaking tub encompassed in a Turkish bath style floor to ceiling mosaic tile and bath vanities. A Game Room, Video Gaming Room, and fully custom walk in closet complete the home.
