CLIENT INTAKE CALL

We start by getting to know you, your space, and what’s not working. After you submit your Design Inquiry Form, we reach out within 48 hours to schedule a quick call so we can learn more about your project, decide together if we’re the right fit, and discuss next steps.

EMOTIONAL HOME PHILOSOPHY NEW CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE

This is where we go deeper. Through a series of intentional questions, we begin understanding how you want your space to feel, what matters to you, and the story your home should tell. The design should reflect more than taste alone.

HOME CONSULT & DESIGN PROPOSAL

Next, we walk the space with you and talk through what the project really needs. We’ve built a custom Design Proposal for you based on your goals, scope, and the level of design support your home calls for.

CONCEPT & VISION MEETING (1 OF 3)

We present the initial creative direction for your home, including imagery, materials, and an overall point of view. You tell us what resonates, what doesn’t, and what you want more of, so we can refine the design with clarity and confidence.

DESIGN PRESENTATIONS & RESELECTS (2 & 3 OF 3)

From there, we shape the full design story, refining selections, details, and layout decisions until everything feels cohesive, personal, and resolved. By the end, you have a fully developed plan that carries and translates your point of view from the biggest pieces to the smallest details.

PROCUREMENT & SPEC BOOK DELIVERY

Once everything is approved, we begin ordering and coordinating the details that bring the design to life. You’ll receive a comprehensive spec book with the selections, finishes, and documentation your contractor or other project partners need, while we stay in communication throughout execution.

DESIGNER INSTALL

Then comes the final transformation. We handle the furniture placement, styling, florals, and finishing layers so the space is fully realized when you walk in — personal, complete, and ready to be lived in.
