Central Phoenix Modern Bathroom Remodel
Our clients hired us to design a new addition for their 1950’s ranch style Phoenix home. Preparing to be empty-nesters, they wanted to transform their home into what they’ve always dreamed it could be- and prepare for a future generation with grandkids! We designed two disctintly indivualized bathrooms for them, with two very different purposes. One primary bathroom would become a resort style suite with access to the newly created primary bedroom, and adjacent to our custom walk-in closet design. The clients wanted to feel like they were staying at an exclusive retreat, that was upscale, modern and functional. We honored their preference for neutrals and created a custom stain for their custom cabinetry, fitted with every accessible insert needed. The stars of the show, however, are the fluted backsplash tile and the marbled shower. We paired polished nickel with brushed nickel, and kept the countertop stone clean with a simple quartz.
The second bathroom, a guest bathroom- with the hopes of entertaining a younger crowd. We used a youthful terrazzo tile, a fully functioning bathtub shower combination, and nickel features.
