A large portion of the renovation for this Goodyear home, was the five bathrooms. With so many bathrooms, we wanted each one to have a distinctive color and feel while still incorporating the through line of large scale 48×48 calacatta porcelain tiles and Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace walls. For the Primary Bath Suite, a full size soaking tub is centered under a stunning pearlescent chandelier and surrounded by marble mosaic wall tile. The shower brings in a touch of moodiness and sophistication with the deep green fired clay tile and marble herringbone floor. The custom cabinetry creates a his and hers washing vanity and a makeup vanity with extra storage and the water closet adds a small moment of pattern and texture with subtle floral wallpaper. The boy’s bathroom feels young and fresh with two sahdes of green clay fired tile alternating in vertical columsn to create a striped effect and whimsically shaped matte black sconces. The Jack ‘n Jill bathroom serves all of a teenage girl’s storage needs with a counter to ceiling vanity and electric garage, glamorous gold pendants, and beautifully feminine rose colored tile paired with a vertical marble mosaic. The powder bath off the living spaces makes a bold statement with immersive floor to ceiling wallpaper. And, lastly, the full guest bath features a built in tub that we tiled the face of to continue to line visually from the shower with stunning vintage inspired blue pressed ceramic tiles and marble floral mosaic detail. All five bathrooms work together in harmony while standing on their own.
